BUGS!
I'm 81% through the game and I can't progress any further because of a bug. When I push a box from a platform instead of it falling to the ground beneath me as physics would dictate the box goes flying through the air and gets stuck on some steps opposite. I've tried reloading the game but it's always the same.

I have the same bug on all boxes but until now I've been able to bodge a solution.
Same with those areas where the Prince gets water that increases his life bar. I get caught on the bridges. I've found I have to roll over the bumps in the bridges.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and have you found a solution?

Hey! Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this same issue. So we can investigate further, could you please provide a video showing this issue happening, that way we can investigate further.

Thank you.

@sk_roto I found a way to pass this part, because here the Vsync suggestion doesn't work too! Here's the thing: when you push the Box and it "flows" until the stairs and get stucked, the only way to move it is holding from the sides (not in front or behind) to drag it. You can drag the Box not downstaies, but upstairs... until you reach a part when there's a crack on the way. Now, you need luck: push the Box right in the direction of the crack. In my case, it stood in a wall of the crack. After this you need to jump directly to the Box some times (because push it there is impossible), to make it move a little bit, from jump to jump. With a lot of luck the box will falling down to the regular ground below and finally you can move it near to the buttom to reach it and open the next gate.

Please, @ubisoft, fix this really old and annoying bug that is humilliating us. I rly appreciate the PoP trilogy and it's a shame that things like these are happening even in 2024.

Same error ober here... It's incredible the amount of bugs this game have. I was trying to get a nostalgic experience but sometimes its frustrating trying to play with the game not working properly :(

weird ass PC port. I suddenly couldn't fully climb a palm tree to the top in order to progress. Turns out my game running at 62.5 fps was the issue and locking it to 60 fps fixed the palm tree and allowed me to climb it to the top lol

PS: this is my 4th playthrough of the game on this PC port and i don't remember ever having an issue with palm trees at +60 fps.

thank you.
I had tried to turn off vsync from NVIDIA control panel, but it didn't let me do that saying that Access was denied.
so I updated the drivers through NVIDIA App, and now I could turn off vsync. still the same bug.
Then I set Max Frame Rate to 60 (in the same list of settings as Vsync in Nvidia Control panel) and the bug was solved.
