This or Postal 4: No Regrets?

I was going to buy Postal 2 but wondering if this game (Brain Damaged) is better than Postal 4 No regrets? First time playing the Postal series and big fan of old school fps (Doom, Quake, Half life, Duke Nukem).

I would say yes, according to what you told us. They are more chances, you appreciate more the gameplay than any of the Postal games, such as Postal 2 or 4.
They are still solid games, but this one should fit you more, with more confidence, being a quicker Quake like from what boomer-shooters you’ve mentionned.

From a gameplay perspective, Postal 1 and Postal Brain Damaged are the cream of the crap. It's objective. The other games, including the fancy looking 4, don't come even close. Plus, you like old school FPS games. Perfect. Have fun with it!

If you're really old school, or just really old, and liked True Lies on the SNES, do check out Postal 1.

this one for sure! P4 is so awful. probably, worst game I played in 10 years or more

i mean you cant compare this one to postal 2 or 4 since the gameplay is way too different
but i would say don't waste your money on 4 its really not worth it.

but do get 2 its pretty fun you can also use a mod to play it COOP with your friends which is super funny and fun

and this one is kind of a fast pace FPS something like quake or doom games

Brain Damage = Old school doom with skin/humor of Postal.
Postal 4 = Postal 2 with slighty better graphic.
