No. Atleast, If you know already how to get the "It is Wednesday my dudes". In that case, Search on the Steam guides or online. It is a secret easter-egg.

You need to reach this secret room on wednesday. Change date on computer, or wait till next wednesday.

Go to settings, turn off automatically date update and set it manual.
