Cant finish last level...

So I cant finish the last level because I only have 3 HP and no armor. You dont get any health pipes or armor in the "preparing room". I dont have any healing items left. Any way on how to get full health before the fight? Or is my save ♥♥♥♥♥♥ now?

Try the last level before the boss, try to get some health pipes / Bonus (The Time Slow power-up can let you skip the first part of the boss)
After that the fight can be a little bit hard, just try to avoid to be too close to him when he use that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minigun.

Can't you just start the level, press escape, click on "reset level" and start with 100 health and some ammo? (which is no problem, as there are the ammo vending machines inside the boss room, so you can refill everything to full while fighting).

I keep seeing people having trouble beating the last boss. I did have a bunch of pipes and armor, but what made me finally beat it after like 3 attempts was the hoard of Quickpillz I had in my inventory. So if you have those, it'll be a way easier fight.
