Postal has always been about a psychotic man who is one minor annoyance away from just leveling the town. He's trying to be normal otherwise and it's usually up to the player (i.e the demon) what kind of man he is. Brain damaged let's us give a better look inside his head.
The Postal Dude is a complete wanker. That's the entire point of each entry, be it how the original portrayed him as a paranoid killer with an arsenal of weapons to complete his paranoia-driven "mission", or the sequels, which turn him into an unsympathetic comedy protagonist who we love anyway because he has a "devil may care" attitude and a warped sense of humour... and an arsenal of weapons to complete his errands.
