Gone Fishing Bug?

Hi i have been having a bug with gone fishing where when i reel out the fishing line i just floats and biunces in and out the water, and also lags my game and i dont know why, can anyone help me because i cant beat gone fishing because of this and it annoys me.

Have you tried lowering the graphics settings and enable/disable v-sync?
The Gone Fishing episode is a bit more demanding than the other episodes.

yeah it worked thanks for the help but i might play it later not really enjoying it finding it a bit boring and tedious to fish, but the rest of the game is incredible and challenging keep up the great work at Icehelm and i'm looking forward to future projects of yours, and maybe a gone golfing update or sequel???
