How to change settings

I would like to know how i can change the shader options as in turn them on also how i would set a custom resolution i would like it to run at 4k along with the rest of my set up but when its on n running and you turn on the info it clearly shows that its not in 4k nor are the shaders on even if i have to adjust the settings manually using a programing program lol you get my meaning truly i wish i could just extract the milk drop from winamp 5..... finale as thats way better but cant figure out how to use amazon music with winamp nor can i get it to run seperetly and detect the music playing from winamp so am stuck using project m just need to know how to adjust the settings as the menu adjustment in program are limited sry i cant spell worth sh--
