Do you determine skill and Job Trees for Ash and Jed

Or do you only do that for Jack and they just stay on the same Job. Very early in the game and in doesn't seem you can do that for them.

For allies, their job access is determined by game progression and unlocked with side missions that display a character-specific job unlock as one of its rewards.
