STEAMVR/Quest 2 problem

Every time I try to play this game it tells me I need to install steam vr. I have steam vr installed so I tried re-installing and it still did not fix my problem. I was trying to use the air link and thought maybe that was the problem so I tried plugging my headset into my PC, that did not fix it either. I can't seem to find anyone else that has had this problem and fixed it. My other steam vr games work just fine, cooking sim is the only one giving my troubles.

Have you tried starting SteamVR nad Oculus app first and then the game?

Yes. I have also tried opening it before linking my oculus and many other combinations with that. I try this once a week thinking it'll work one try.

Today I fixed it. I changed it to the beta and I did my daily reinstall of steamVR/mixed reality and it worked. TY
