Lighting Fix
I remember having this lighting issue when I originally played this game years ago. I found the same fix again online and hopefully it will help any new players who purchased this game.

Edit the splintercell4.ini (found in SCDA-Offline/system)

Make the following changes:
ShadowTurnOffDegree=0
PermeatingLightCutOff=False

This should fix lighting not properly appearing in the single player.
