Bomb disarm impossible?

I've read plenty of complaints about the ending not working - but how about the bomb minigame being apparently impossible to complete? Is there any way to solve this?

u mean the bonus mission? well, you'll need to have above 33% nsa trust and 2/3 target alive (ship/ lamber/ hisham). and the way to trigger the ending scene is to set the resolution 800 x 400/something

No, the JBA 4 bomb minigame seems to be incompletable. I have tried multiple times.

it's possible, ACTUALLY...I've completed all the main, side, and others mission requested to complete by both side. When you've completed all, you have only less than 2 minutes left of nothing to do.

Ok, let me clarify: it seems that no matter what I do, I cannot seem to pull the bomb out fast enough, and it always gives me the game over.

oooo..u mean specificly the bombs, i misunderstood, sorry yea u CANT speed it up. that's the only speed u get

nothing, just avoid the sides

So yeah, I was able to beat it. Just assumed with that with the other terrible bugs in the game that this was one of them, I guess, lol.

hey guys i am on jba part 4 and cannot remove core from the bomb. i can grab it but not raise it any advise i am using xbox controller

You need to use the mouse wheel, for some reason despite using a controller for most the game, just scroll up or down to adjust which way it goes.

How do you end up doing it? I'm stuck and can't beat it, the temperature is going up too fast for me to finish it? Do I have to restart the mission from the beginning or something?

I fix it. In my case, there was a problem between the mouse/keyboard and the controller. I went to the game properties/ control/ disable steam imput. That worked for me.
