Report a translation problem
1) You cannot attack with 2 fleets. But you can research logistics and make those 2 fleets a single bigger fleet
2) You can only besiege planets with 1 fleet. Your second fleet can protect your siege fleet from possible attacks
3) You have to kill defending ships first. So you just have a battle with the defending fleet, and then besiege the planet
4) No, your following attack will be a normal engagement. So firing long range weapons is always a good idea. Also, your ships will autofire on enemies with long range, if they enter into your firing range.

So how does this work? When you attack a tile with multiple fleets, how does the game prioritise which fleet gets attacked? Is it affected by my siege fleet containing one armed ship?
