Warforged Foundry?

What is this?? I see the Ideology Option to access this, but I do not see Build Options, or Research Options to produce it... (I also see no information in the Galactapedia about it)
I understand it is from the Ideology Movement Warforged.... But, no clue what, why, where, or how.

I don't recall how it works but usually your limited to a planet that has a pop with the Warforged culture. If you look at all your planets you might see one that has access to the improvment.

The Warforged Foundry unlocks when you have warforged citizen on a world. You'll eventually get an event where you can choose to unlock it for that world. I'll then show up in the improvement list to build.

Once built, It'll give any ship built from that world shipyard an experience bonus.

Thanks will look for it. (Have to look at all Core Worlds, as I do not recall Planet name...)
