I think there are also a couple of unique buildings that can be gained from one of the cultural trees that give additional points too.
When done, DOGMA Locks your Planets, and Star Bases?? From Culture Flip...
No matter how Strong the AI Influence is, They have to Conquer the Planets, they can not Flip Them.
Or just the Major Race HWs?
When a Building says +1 Culture, does that mean a one time gain of 1 Point
or a long term change to production of +1 culture PER TURN?
Unlike earlier versions of GC, the Minor Races presently do not seem to do much, e.g. no quests to satisfy for a reward, etc. (that I have noticed in Supernova, I think it was different when I was playing on Epic over a year ago, including the Alpha/Beta on Epic).
If you play Civilization 6, think of the districts.
I take advantage of that all the time for other plus levels to adjacent buildings for many different things in GC III and GC IV.
I have been playing GC since it was GC with no number after it, i.e. for about 20 years, before any of the expansion CDs came out for it.
It would have been better if they had said +1 level to adjacent tiles/buildings, like they do for most other adjacent bonuses. (never mind see screenshots below).

Adjacency bonuses are linked to Influence buildings and districts (which are unfortunately named cultural districts, which appears to be where the confusion is coming from).
For actual Culture points, that are used to unlock ideology perks, there are some buildings that provide a flat 1 point boost when built (e.g. Eyes of the Universe) and 3 buildings that provide 1 point per turn:
Civilization Capital - so one per homeworld, including minor races
Galactic Court
Galactic Commission
So, in short - conquer as many homeworlds as quickly as you can, turn them into core worlds and enjoy flying through the ideology trees. I am at turn 105 in my current game and getting 11.25 culture points per turn (my capital, 3 minors conquered, 4 majors, Galactic Court and 25% bonus from ideology perk)
After that get control of Home Worlds (Major and Minor Races) to get another + 1 Culture Point per turn EACH.
and the Ideology perk (which one is that?) for a 25% bonus.
Thank you for clarifying it to me (and anyone else who reads this thread).
It "MIGHT" be possible to build your own Galactic Court and Galactic Commision buildings, and
THEN capture additional copies of them built by other Civs, by capturing the Core Worlds they were built on.
This will probably not happen very often, even IF it is possible, except in games that have run a very long time (turns).
