AI cheating a bit TOO much?

Playing against hardest AI, and I beat it so I'm not salty. 4 turns in, he builds his special troops 3-stacks in his capital in round after round. There is no way he has enough economy to cycle through his deck or burn-draw 3 of the same card like this (and kept happening every round with every new best troops time). Also not sure what is happening with AI population but it seemed off to pump this many units every turn and keep increasing the population. They also built the same wonders as other players (but maybe this is just me misunderstanding the uniqueness of wonders).

Love this game, but smarter AI would be a lot more fun than them having cheat-advantages.
