Unpunished cheaters
The player won on the 9th move with 109 points. And there is no need to write nonsense here that everything is possible. I play well and reached 20th place in season 0.

The game does not have any statistics on how many hammers and gold the player spent and how much he earned, there are no replays of the game and there is not even the most basic thing for which the player received these points. So that at least it would be possible to prove that the player is a cheater and he would be banned. It looks like the developers are not going to fight cheaters at all.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY BECAUSE OF CHEATERS.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIGHT CHEATERS??? IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE!!!

There are no replay games, no statistics on income and consumption of hammers and gold, NOTHING!!!

There are tournaments games online you can look, people win on turn 9, i dont know why you think it's not possible

for what it's worth I placed 8th and did win turn 9 on two occasions (and a lot on turn 10-11). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4i7IW-WQHY here's a video where I would've won turn 9 if it wasn't for a unit moving into my city, stealing me 4 points for instance.
Where exactly do you think I cheated?

Btw I don't think it SHOULD Be possible, Ive been advocate for nerfing a lot of stuff to make games slower and this patch definitly it slowed teh game a bit, but i want it to be a lot slower, i think games that last less than 10 turns are no fun and i would prefer if games lasted on average 15. But right now under 10 turn wins are common.

I think between 12 and 15 turns would be optimal. I've had 15 and 18 turn games with new patch and it just feels like the drag out. One of the fun things about the game is that it's quick. Once every game lasts an hour or so it stops being enjoyable (to me at least)

In the video you showed, I didn’t see that you had more than 100 points on the 9th move. That player played for England and scored 109 points on the 9th move. I also saw a lot of cheaters who build military units of the 5th tier in huge quantities, without having normal cities.

Until there is a replay of the game or at least statistics on how many hammers and gold the player earned and how much he spent, it is impossible to ban cheaters because there is no necessary evidence.

yes I had 99, but that's because the 4 pop didn't count anymore, else it would've been 103 points at turn 9.

I see, it's clear you're not understanding how some mechanics work (like how to spam high tech units or how points are counted in edge cases) and instead just call people cheaters....

Again, everything is done server side, in order for people to cheat they'd somehow would need to literally hack the servers and mess with the code there....

So maybe, just ask better players how they do the things they do instead perhaps? There IS a discord where all those "cheaters" are, you know? And as Water said, there are tournaments and people record their games and you can see wins on turn 9 or 10...

I don't need to write nonsense. I know how to play and I scored the achievement (20 victories as a leader in 1st place) before I reached level 50.

Today we caught another cheater who spammed military units and built wonders of the world. And there is no way to prove that he is a cheater. Until, as I wrote above, there is a replay of the game or detailed statistics, cheaters will go unpunished.

Whatever i Leave, nobody will care because there is ample evidence that those things you call as cheats are completly normal in ladder and most regulares know its possible because they do it themselves myself included. Im out.

GAME OVER
CIV/ENGLAND (puszekse) 109
CIV/EGYPT (imspoon3) 54
CIV/ARABIA (Unknown Player) 47
CIV/AZTECS (rekaizu) 40
CIV/RUSSIA (tenshi0001) 1

You know, I have literally won 2 tournaments and got 2nd place in 3 others, but hey you KNOW HOW TO PLAY, so I really had to cheat to get above-average victory on turn 9...

I'm feeling personally called out, since recently I'm even sometimes recording my games...

FUNNILY ENOUGH ... I DID record that match with England, so just to prove my point I'll upload it unedited.

And stop calling me a cheater, cause albeit unknowingly that's what you did.

If you want I have recorded more games you have lost that day...
Yeah, you're just wrong, I'm afraid. Be active on the discord, and you'll probably learn some of the things that these players are doing.
