Report a translation problem
Change the menu > select the entree > Q or E (for pc) *basically the button you press on your controller to change tabs in your in-game menu* > select the dish type you want (soup, rice, side dish, dessert, drink > choose which dish for that dish type.
IKR. Everything is so vague, even the scrolls for the best harvest. What is sparse? What is shallow? what is too cold?
That being said, I kinda enjoy it for a game I just recently bought. The vagueness adds an illusion of complexity to the game mechanics. Cheers friend! Here's hoping the dev releases a more refined sequel in the future!
