What do you think the "price" was? (spoiler warning)
I've looked at the wikia, watched the ending again but I am still not sure as to what the "price" Yui had to pay was the second time.

The fact that she stays in the god realm in the end should be a fairly big clue that the price is either the possibility to ever return to the mortal realm or a part of her love, at the very least something became big enough to prevent her from continuing to follow her loved one (and she was pretty much a stalker when she couldn't follow in plain sight).

Of course it's just what I thought based on what the game gives us.

Hmmm yeah, I did consider that but I wanted to make sure. I do wish this game explored certain characters a tiny bit more. Still though, I have had a lot of fun with it. All the references to Japanese mythology was really nice. And who knows, if that ending narration is anything to go by, we might get a sequel with that mecha girl, which would be really cool since industrial era comes after basic agriculture.
