What do I need to have a "Traditional Ventania meal" the game wont let me use my cheese and other dishes aren't working. Is it something that automatically triggers in the endgame process?

I'm working on 100% right now and this is the only thing left.

Check your scrolls, you should have one that tells the recipe for some dishes. If you already have the items to make something but can't, try clearing the rest of the menu, something else might be using up your ingredients.
