As for putting a file to read only, right click on the file, go to properties, and near the bottom there's a check box that you can tick for read only. But you shouldn't have to do that as long as you don't change the resolution in the game. Making the file read only prevents the game from overriding any of your settings.
Ok, cool. I'll try that. Thanks!
Do you know why I don't have "[Engine.EPCGameOptions]" in my file? :S
I'm blind, ha ha.
Thanks man. :)
Also, as I understand it, the game runs but there is a lighting bug that will get you killed. Without fixing, you will step into an area that doesn't appear to be lighted, but the game AI can see in the area. To fix launch the game with -shadowmode=projector. You can tell if the lighting bug is fixed during the intro screen. If Lambert doesn't cast a shadow on the wall, the bug IS NOT fixed. If he does cast a shadow on the wall, the bug IS fixed.
