Thanks for this! I managed to run my original version once but only after hours of frustration tweaking various settings in Dgvoodoo2 (and I forget what else) and it put me off trying it again, cheers!

You can download a pre-patched version of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow from Internet Archive[archive.org].

This version has a patched single-player experience to support modern PCs, has widescreen support, the lighting fix, the games EXEs patched to automatically set CPU affinity to core 0 and enabled LAA in order to avoid crashes during cutscenes, plus EAX sound restored (can turn it off in-game if it causes issues) and it also keeps the PC textures because the PS3 textures are too bland.

You don't require the original CD or an ISO version before launching the single-player (but I would advise buying a CD copy of the game if possible).

Installation is simple & explained in a readme text file.

It's a shame Ubisoft don't use the community fixes to patch the game and sell it digitally, because they lose out on revenue and inconvenience the player base by having to go through extra steps, the only winner is third party sellers who have a physical copy available.

I have mouse issues with those. IF I move it slowly down it stops responding, upwards is fine. Quit the game and try on desktop and all is good and also in every other game. It is puzzling to say the least.
Logitech G403 Prodigy with latest drivers and hub installed.

The bindings are weird too. the mouse wheel does the zoom in/out and slows /speeds up Sams movement which is all fine, but it also changes weapons and I cant find a way to change it in the options.

I had the mouse wheel problem as well, but I figured it out. Open SplinterCell2User.ini in /offline/system/, find the non-semicolon Aliases[34] & [35], and delete ChoseNextGadget and ChosePrvGadget (I would also delete the | character, better safe than sorry). Save and continue playing.
