How do you roll on pc using keyboard and mouse?

I haven't played in awhile but the controls don't show you what to press to do that roll.

Haven't played in about a year, unless they changed something since then there is an option to change your keyboard settings, select and scroll til you find what the default roll key is then change it to whatever key you prefer. I believe I changed it to "R", (not keyboard adept)

This is weird but I don't even see a roll button option. I could have sworn that when you start a new game it gave you a tutorial message on how to roll. I might start a new playthrough to see if I get a tutorial message about rolling. Still, thanks for your answer .

K sorry, the key isn't roll it's crouch.
I don't have much experience playing with the PC version, my brain still thinks xbox controller, I only used the keyboard for SC1.
You get to roll when running by holding run then pressing and holding crouch.
You'll go into a roll and come out into a fast crouch.

Don't recall if I had to hold crouch key or could tap it like the controller to enter and exit crouch, again sorry for the confusion.

That's it! Thank you 👍. Just one small addition though, I have to hold w (walk) down and then press c to do the roll. Other wise it just causes my character to stand up. But still, thank you again.
