Report a translation problem
When you start the game, and given the option to load either a saved game or levels, scroll down the levels(earlier ones you have to unlock first) to the end and you will find the 3 expansion dlcs already unlocked and ready to play right from the start.

Later with help from someone else that explained that the folder auto D/L'd to the drives "Downloads" folder??
In any case I'm discovering all the differences between the original Xbox SC1 and the Steam PC version. Like the lighting, to the eye an area, (in both game versions) is pitch black but when you move Sam into it your light meter, cameras, turrets, BGs and their weps say your lit up like an Xmas tree.
