Suggestions for casual fun
Really having fun with this game and hope you continue to support it.

I enjoy playing this game casually, so i'd like to see:

1. An option to play each scenario with no time limit and no reward.
I don't play the storymode for max coupons, though i like the option. i enjoy the scenarios and want to take my time. I sometimes get pulled away and forget to pause the game. Or I really like a scenario and want to take my time perfecting the track, trains, and upgrades. Its really cool to do a complex setup for delivery and pickup. Sometimes you have to watch an industry to fine tune the inputs, or outputs for that matter.
1A. An option to continue playing the storymode scenario after you reach your goal. I finally get everything up and running smoothly and boom, its over, goal achieved.

2. I think the monthly/maintenance cost of stations is too high in general.
And seems like there should be no cost in sandbox mode, whats the point?

3. I'd like to be able to run the rails higher and wider for stations on more levels of track.
I enjoy having a couple levels of branches for stations for each product, and when there are 3-4 inputs, a couple outputs, and a catalyst, there isn't much room to run multiple rails for everything. Being able to place stations 3 track levels away and 3 up over each would be nice. I wouldn't complain about 4 high either.

4. Sandbox mode needs more options. Options for:
-Unlimited workers
-no upkeep costs (maintenance)
- unlimited money. Higher starting amounts.
- more options related to resources, maybe size of deposits, placement like outer ridge only
-set interest rate, and keep it constant.

5. Warehouses need to hold more resources and maybe have faster load/unload times?
I want to be able to place a warehouse(s) near a resource and just deliver fast and furiously and really get a big stockpile.
I feel like its faster just to deliver the goods from resource to industry. If the load/unload time at warehouses was faster it would help with track organization.

6. stats on the train engines when purchasing.
-Cheap Price? Balanced Speed, Hill climber? What does these actually mean in terms of speed and power?

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head. Thanks again for the great game.

1: You can! When you select a region on the campaign map, you can click the "Edit Modifiers" button that appears below the 'Best Possible Rank' thing, and select "No Timer" which will always give you A-Rank and 4 vouchers when you complete the level.
1A: Also already possible. Once you have completed a level you can go back into it at any time.
2: The point of the Sandbox is more to give you a free-form challenge than it is a 'free build mode' That being said, any of the Campaign levels can be played in 'Millionaire Mode' (accessed the same way as 'No Timer') where your bank balance never goes down.
3: Expanding the station catchment area would probably somewhat unbalance the campaign, making it significantly easier to work around intentional space restrictions present in some levels
4: Am still yet to play much in Sandbox myself
5: AFAIK Warehouse Load/Unload speeds are determined by your train load/unload speeds. Warehouses can also be upgraded like other industries to hold more stuff.
6: There is a button to display a train stats window in the train purchasing window, I believe that the default key to turn it on/off is "T"

For the life of me i cannot find an "edit modifiers" button in the story mode area. I only see a "modifiers" in the custom maps screen, but its a big blank gray box.

It should be right there when you go to load a campaign mission.

if you already have loaded the mission you'll need to press the "Reset Region" button to clear the existing save.
