Trouble finding books

As the title suggests, I'm struggling to find books. I need 13 points but I'm stuck at about 6? Where do they unlock? I've researched all the bottom furniture skill tree and only 2x top right to go.

Older discussions seem to indicate that there aren't actually enough different items with books to get this achievement :( There were discussions on this active a year ago, but now I've unlocked everything and I'm similarly stuck.

They changed the achievement to 10 books now I believe.
