Very first mission and I have problems
It may just be that I don't get it, but I was told to repel this terrorist attack, and it seems like I've killed all of them, I mean, I'm standing out in the open on this roof, and nothing is attacking, but it still says I gotta repel this attack?

For anybody else who gets stuck and finds themself here: once you're sure there are no more attackers on the nearby rooftops, just head on back down the stairs :p
