- During the new Levi Quest for the Attack On Titan event where you need to slay 750 Giants, the bidimensional staff does not work towards completing this quest.
- While the event portal has no cooldown, it is still held up by the normal portal cooldown. That is to say, if you've recently used the portal menu after getting the Portal Dominum upgrade to select a travel point from normal destinations (such as the forest or desert) it will prevent you from selecting the event location due to the cooldown. This has caused some minor inconveniences when trying to complete the event quests while completing normal game quests where I need to travel to different locations, but then need to wait for the normal portal cooldown or spend 5 jewels of soul to refresh it.
- These are the only main concerns I've had, but I also had one other suggestion for the Chest Hunt minigame: I believe it would be better to make the chest hunt (more) skill based than it is. As it stands, I've attempted over 800 chest hunts and have successfully won 7. I use the strategy where you use both free silver crystal savers first, and then find the 2x to duplicate the guaranteed pink crystal saver. I know some have had more luck, and some have had even less than myself. If it were possible to implement some memorization elements (like a card matching game from early Mario Bros.) or perhaps a sort of minesweeper-like mechanic, it would make the chest hunts not only more worth doing but significantly less frustrating for players. I have seen a few Reddit articles and steam posts with people expressing similar thoughts for the design of the chest hunt game. I still believe that, because the entire scope of the game is highly chance/luck based, it would be bad to fully convert the chest hunt into a skill based game that could be easily beaten, which would undermine a core design of the game regarding luck. Hopefully there is some sort of compromise; a middle ground between skill and luck that would improve the win ratio of the chest hunt and still make it an enjoyable game of chance.
- Additional note/question: I have spent nearly 200 hours in the game and have not been able to progress past the binoculars milestone. I appreciate that the price was significantly reduced, but the sheer gap between my slayer point income and the next ascension upgrades is in the trillions, which is QUITE a gap. At this point in the progression, do I get something soon that significantly boosts my income? I have been grinding out this stage of the game for quite some time but I am miles away from my next ascension upgrades and my souls requirement to get any more stones of time is also substantial. What should I do next?
I have stopped playing now, all this weird naked giants eating people stuff is just not my taste.
What a pity, was a good game.
And that after the update was first broken anyway.
At least the fix came relatively fast.
I'm testing if the offline feature for giants is still working, otherwise, it's just gonna play in the background if I even wanna bother with that.
Very bad.
Barely playable.
Very un-fun.
If this event ever comes back, in any form as a permanent thing it needs a drastic overhaul.
I have 214k% soul reaper bonus * 172% bonus soul = 368k%.
Previously I had 214k% from soul reaper + 25%*214k% from soul reaper II, total 267k% Soul Reaper bonuses * 147% = 393k%.
in the above case it was 7% bigger before the update.
Am I multiplying it wrong? How does it works?
End of the month, I believe.
Chest Hunts NEED to be updated. Most players have a win ratio of much less than 1% even after all saver upgrades. There needs to be a balancing update so that the mimics have rules like "mimics will always be within _ distance of each other" or "there can be no more than 2 mimics right next to each other" or something. The minigame is pretty bad, needs to be more skill elements involved
