Sugestion: temp items hotbar

sometimes u have a rly small window of time to craft temporary items to get the most of it, like crafting a soul compas and refreshing your rage right after you got a mega horde, but if you are not prepared for it might be hard to do it in time
so i would like to sugest a hotbar for temp items, like smaller than the rage and portal button but like that

I had suggested it in the form of hotkeys before, but so far, I have heard nothing of it since.

Talking about hotkeys, is there any key to show the windows? You can close them with Esc but don't know how to open them again with the keyboard when the mouse is busy.

Btw, a working buy all button at the equipment button wil be nice.
