boost kill and soul grabber (Bow) stacking?

does boost kill and soul grabber stack?
if I get a kill with the bow while dashing, do both count or only one?
and which one?

They do both count. Permanent boosted bunnyhopping is most likely the default state for almost all active players.

Today that stack is removed. A few of upgrades for the bow has been increased instead but... I feel that we have lost soul gain in general....
