Stuck in the village

I don't understand what the problem is. I built a mill and a tavern, but they don't give me the key to the mill and binoculars to follow Victor. The dialogues with the NPCs just repeat themselves, as if I didn't build anything. And also the space location does not open

Oof, it's months ago, and I really can't remember. Obviously, it's about the daugther of the one, who is standing on the edge of the woods, and at a later point, you will need the pickaxe from the tavern... but how did you get it started?
Maybe it was some part of dialogue with a tavern customer? Or a gold upgrade somewhere?

Can anyone else around here tell?

The wiki says "Peter can be found in the woods on the far right side of the village. Peter tells you about how his daughter disappeared. Later, with your help, his daughter Sarah is discovered.", but I don't understand with what help

Maybe this "While you are helping Peter, you will need to retrieve the Pickaxe from inside the Tavern and take it back to Peter." but again I can't pick up a pickaxe

Just to make sure, you have been inside the tavern and talked to the customers there, right? I'm still not sure, if that helped you with this quest, but it may be the missing part.

Oh, I'm sorry, all this time I couldn't talk to the girl in the tavern, it turns out she had to be approached from the other side, now I have opened a forest in which I have to find the monolith and Sarah. Thanks for the help, the problem was my inattention
