No. In fact there's a new way to re-enable them without getting the Divinities 200K SP Ascension Upgrade upon ultra ascending.

So whats the actual bonus of the ultra ascension? Unlock a few new ascension upgrades, but losing months of progress??? Dont really see the point in doing that. Even if i can get to a similar level as before the ultra ascension in half the time, its still not worth it.

you get ultra slayer point, those are use to buy time stones of activity (boost in game coin from enemies,in game soul bonus and bow soul bonus ) or of idle ( offline cps, enemies slay offline and souls from critical)
i don't know if the bonus is multiplicative or just a flat upgrade on the normal ascension skill tree bonus.
i am still in the mid game and saw army veteran gamer video on youtube .

Ultra Ascension is scary, what will happen?

- all Minions will force-prestige (you'll be credited the DP for it -> no DP will be lost)
- your UP can't be spent until you unlock Stones of Time (5SP)
- your Dimension will reset to Hills
- the Ascension Tree completely resets

you will lose:
- the Minions tab
- the Divinity tab
- the Bag / Crafting

you will keep:
- Achievements
- unspent DP and unlocked Divinities (but they are disabled until you re-enable them for 50 SP)
- IAPs
- Silver Random Boxes
- currently active Random Box Bonuses
- Materials (but you gotta unlock the Bag to access them again/gather more)
- crafted Items


How do i want to spend my UP?
This update hasn't been out for very long, we do not know if theres an "optimal distribution" or something. Just spend them where you want, have fun!

I see that you lose the bag and crafting,... but do you lose crafted items? Debating about doing ultra ascension, but if you don't then I'll wait and craft said items.

When you do a ultra ascenion with 15 points of time, you get back to the same point in roughly 2 weeks instead of 6 months. 2. Ultra just takes a day to get back to the same level. Its really worth it.
