All four upgrades cost 140 jewels.

This reward for the people that bought the game before the 2.9.(whatever number) update back in May that added the jewels to Steam gave 125 jewels. Unlocking jewels in the game itself gives 25 jewels.

Since the 125 jewels were given back in May, I don't know if people who bought the game after that update received it, but older players like me did receive it.

I'd make it forever the time to claim the reward, but it's more like a Steam limitation, as F2P players would also receive that reward as well if there's no time limit. I can't distinguish players who actually paid the game before from players who are F2P. For Steam, they both own the game equally.

In Kerbal Space Program they gave you the dlc for free if you had purchased the base game before April 2013. So there has to be a way for devs to check the date of purchase of a game. You could use that same method to give the rewards out to your early players.

After a little bit of research, I've finally managed to make this reward permanent to claim. Those who have purchased the game and didn't receive them before will recieve the +125 JoS bonus starting from the next update (3.0.5).
