If enough users attribute the same tag to a game it will eventually show up in its description. Resident Evil Village has both the 'Nudity' and 'Sexual Content' tags attributed to it but there really is none of that in the game. It even had the 'Hentai' tag at some point but I imagine the person managing that store page removed it.

You could maybe argue that RE:V has nudity via mods, but otherwise it is a little strange Steam has no safeguards to restrict fake tags from being applied to games. Devs should place official tags for the game and user tags are separate tags and indicated as such.

To successfully sue, you'd have to show there were damages incurred. I guess you could claim the price of the software, but tbh, a judge would probably rule against you automatically for having the gall of bringing a $20 suit to a court.

Yes, you have to get a good ending with at least 2 girls and after that an option will unlock at each ending to take things further.

The reason why there is no real nudity in this game, is not that the actresses would shy away from it. Perhaps they would, perhaps they wouldn't, but it's simply not relevant since the game tries to depict believable characters who are interested in finding a relationship via a dating app. If you're just looking for boobies, then this is not the game for you. You _can_ try to steer some conversations in that direction, but you'll crash and burn in the same way as you would in a real dating app with such an attitude.

On the other hand, if you're interested in actually getting into a relationship, then there's some surprisingly good advice hidden in this game. Hint: While boobies are undoubtedly amazing, they aren't the most important thing in a relationship. ;)
