please help, the game doesn't run!!

I intalled the game and wen I try to run it a loading window open but after nothing, in the window there is a text saying "hold down 'ctrl' to force detection aplication to show", but wen I try to do that he takes me to another window showing the requirements of the game, and everythoing is showing ok, in the botton of the window there is two butons one saying "lunch the game!", but is hiden and I can't click on it, and the other saying quit, because of that I can't play the game, if someone know how to fix it please I am begging for help.

running in compatibility mode windows xp sp3 worked for me in both the warrior within and two thrones. cheers!
