Can't slaunch game after system test?
So the game runs a test before launching itselfs right? Then the Lanuch the game button stays gray like forever...ccan't click it...anyone has the same problem???

Happens if it doesn't recognize hardware. (Happens with most newer hardware that came out after release.) Just leave the launcher open and start pop3.exe manually.

Not working. POP3.exe is asking to execute PrinceOfPersia.exe but no change, still does not work. Any other solution?

Doesn't work for me either. "launch" is greyed out, executing pop3.exe or princeofpersia.exe results in different error messages. Forgotten Sands and Two Thrones don't work for me, let's see how Warrior Within holds up.

If you are still facing issues, we will do our best to help.

First of all, would it be possible to provide a short video? I'm not familiar with this issue, so it would help us understand what is happening.

What are your system specs and installed operating system?

Try launching the game in compatibility mode, and see if that helps. If not, we have some more steps here that may help: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000061047

Alright, I now had time to take another look at this after a couple of weeks and for whatever reason the launch button is not greyed out anymore. I did uninstall/reinstall the pop games (currently only TTT is installed) but aside from that, I have no clue what fixed it. Here's hoping it stays that way. Thanks for the offer though :)

GPU is AMD RX 580
CPU is i7-6700K
MSI z170i motherboard
Samsung SSD
