Pop2 / Pop3- unable to start the game

I bought PoP- warrior within and PoP- two thrones. On both games i have the same problems. The game starts testing my system and claimes that i havn't the minimum requirements- after clicking start it crashed.
I've laptop with 8gb ram, Intel Core i7 and Windows 7.
To fix that problem i updated all my system- nothing changed.
I changed the compability and run as admin- still crashing
I started the test and tried to lounch it with Pop2/3.exe
Especially with Pop3.exe the Windows media center started.
Las but not least i changed the hex to 90 90 90 90 90.....

Has someone a advice to start both games. I'm out of creativity. Thanks :*
