Maybe there will be a PS4/5 port, but sorry no guarantees, just a possibility, considering the cost of the port, it might not actually bring us extra money :(

Well, I could tell you from experience that there's sites that sold great MV's in physical form, and they sold out very fast. I should know, cause I always get my hands on them immediately before they're sold out and scalpers go on ebay and sell them for triple the cost. Trust me, if you go to someone like Limited Run, you will make a profit. Game is popular, and has great ratings. :) I'll keep a lookout in case you decide to do it.
P.S. Switch copies sell extra quick. Switch is by far the most popular when it comes to physical copies.

HAAK is very beloved in the Metroidvania community and a physical release by Super Rare or Limited Run would sell very well, especially on Switch. I know you are working on DLC (looking forward to it!) and most physical collectors prefer having the entire game on the cartridge or disc, not through updates, so please consider doing a physical release once you consider the game completely finished and patched up.

For a comparable sale figure, Haiku and Islets, which released the same year as HAAK and are just as beloved by Metroidvania fans, got a Super Rare Games release on Switch which sold out pretty fast (I have both and would absolutely love to add HAAK to my collection)
