Report a translation problem
You can't overcome particles, you have two options:
1) You can reach button with wave attack (it goes through walls and there is an upgrade wich make it longer)
2) You should find spot where "hacking line" wouldn't cross with purple particles (X-ray glasses can help you find place if it hidden
Also if you can reach buttons, maybe you shouldn't hack it, maybe you should reach closed location from different entrance
If the developer ever sees this, they should add some kind of explanation that the hack can't go through those particles, so you need a clear line to the button.
