hacker blocked

i am missing 2 spots that all are blocked when i try to hack them. Is there a way to overcome the hacking block? I figured beating the boss and all towers would let me hack those spots, but it still says it is being jammed (i forget the actual phrase it says).

every other location has been cleared except sanho ruins and east tower because of the jamming.

If i understand you correctly, your hack is blocked by purple particles
You can't overcome particles, you have two options:
1) You can reach button with wave attack (it goes through walls and there is an upgrade wich make it longer)
2) You should find spot where "hacking line" wouldn't cross with purple particles (X-ray glasses can help you find place if it hidden
Also if you can reach buttons, maybe you shouldn't hack it, maybe you should reach closed location from different entrance

ah, I wish it was explained somewhere that those purple particles blocked hacking. I saw those in places but never knew what they were for.

If the developer ever sees this, they should add some kind of explanation that the hack can't go through those particles, so you need a clear line to the button.
