Endgame walkthrough questions

I've done 100% everywhere, except the Bunker 444, which I don't know how to enter, and Emperor Eastern Tower, where I cannot access fourth hypnosis tower behind two blue keycards area. So those are my two questions:

1. How do you access the area behind two blue keycards in Emperor Eastern Tower? I didn't found even one.

2. is the password to Bunker 444 will be after final boss fight with blowing 4 hypnosis towers? Because right now even if I beat him I'm just receiving bad ending.

Even if you helped 3kyo at Anthony Mt first, you receiving the bad ending? hmm.. Password for Bunker 444 is given after you defeat the boss and tracking the GAEL.

btw, if you had clear people's square, could you please let me know how password find?

I helped 3Kyo. You had to destroy all 4 towers, and I can't access 4th one. I need blue keycards.

Finding the password for People's Square is a bit tricky. You have to find 3 things: piece of photo and a terminal message in New Sanho and another piece of photo in People's Square.

For some reason I forgot you could hit the switch with your blade waves. Solved.

I found 2 photos and a terminal, but it says that the password is wrong :/

Password is the birthday date. If I remembre correctly it's 1221.

The password is actually 1331. It's on the back of the Torn Picture (Right) that you find in New Sanho.
