• Can I play with a controller?
  No need. Rolling Hamster was designed to be played on a keyboard to avoid the complications of requesting each player to have a gamepad.
  Though we are currently working on a controller support for the game
  
  
• Can I play Online?
  Unfortunatly not, at least not right now. BUT you can remote play with a friend using remote play together via Steam.
  There is also an online leaderboard, to compare your times with other steam players
  
  
• How do I remote play with a friend?
  Launch Rolling Hamster, select a character and a button, open up the steam overlay, open the contact menu of your friend and there should be an option "Remote Play Together".

I'd still appreciate the option to use controllers, since I have four of those, and it's more comfortable than the keyboard. (I'm assuming it wouldn't be too difficult to add, since the menu already recognise some buttons on the controller?)

I guess you will be able to use steam big picture to remap the buttons to controllers, not sure tho. But it would be nice to have controller support out of the box.
