Could you please give me your support ID so I can check your account to see if there's somthing wrong?
Thanks.
After reloading the game (twice), the lion started using the play plateau. But I seem to have a lot of issues with the animals and the play equipment. When I first put the play thing in with the armadillos, they both would walk through it repeatedly. I thought that was their idea of play. Then I moved it after enlarging the enclosure to prepare for breeding, and suddenly they started actually getting on it, rather than walking through it. So, there are a LOT of issues with the animals and the play equipment. It was similar for the moose. I had to move the play trunk and then reload the game, and only then did the moose play with it.
Thanks.
Also, the workers are still not doing their job. I just loaded the game, and trash was EVERYWHERE, and enclosures are FILTHY and experience points are waiting to be collected. What is the point of the workers if they don't work?!
As far as the workers are concerned, those only use a fraction of their work power when you're offline *and* your trash cans are about 90% full. However, once you log back into the game, the workers are again fully operational.
Hi. OK, I'm sorry, but that sounds kind of backwards to me. In my opinion, the workers should be working in full while you're offline to prevent trash from being dumped all over the place, and to prevent plants from going thirsty, and to prevent enclosures from getting dirty or troughs from going empty. To hear that they don't work much while you're offline makes it sound like there's no point in having the workers, and like they're slackers. I realize it's a game, but it makes it feel like the old saying, "When the cat's away, the mice play." Which is often used to reference slacker workers who live it up and goof off when the boss is gone.
Not to me, there's not.
Thanks.
Oh yeah, is there a reason why timed events don't count down properly and continue to show 10 hours or whatever when there really are only 3 hours or even just 1 hour left? It's unfair to think that I have more time to complete an event only to find out later that the event actually ended.

Could you please try whether that works for you, too?
Also, for some reason, after the sales/advertising things popped up a minute ago and I hit OK, I was taken to the sales page. I closed out of that, and clicked on "return to the game." Suddenly, dialogue popped up between "Grandpa" and "Johnny," but it was all in German. I shut the game down, and reloaded the game, & the information logs came back up and in English, but the dialogue between them never came back up, so I have no idea what they were saying, why it was in German (which I do not speak), and what the result of that conversation was. So, I've missed something that may have been vital to my game, and apparently have no way to get that conversation back.
Parts of the dialog appearing in German may stem from a caching issue. The game's default language is German, however the English language keys are always uploaded beforehand. We can't make the dialog appear again for you, but I'll go ahead and copy the dialog you missed here (read from the bottom up):
Lol, no, I know you can't restart my computer for me. I just have a lot of stuff going on so I can't restart it right now. However, I've noticed that since doing the re-synch thing, the promotions and such are counting down properly, so maybe restarting isn't necessary? At some point, just to be sure, I'll restart the computer. It probably just won't be for a while.
Thank you for copying and pasting the dialogue between them, I appreciate it. It was helpful to see what I missed.
