Can't connect mobile to pc

I can't connect my pc account to my mobile one. Because my pc says that my account's was already connected. It's true bc I've connected my two platforms before.

hmm... it's normal to end up making a different account on the pc and mobile then when you connect the two for the first time the game will ask you to delete one for another to unify between the two platforms. you've done it before connecting two against, if so, just sign in with the same gmail account through google play and enter the game that will, if that's what I imagine.
