Why did i get banned?!

I have been playing this game regularly for over 2 years and when i tried to login the other day i got a notice saying something like "you can't login with this account due to inappropriate actions". I most definetely didn't do any inappropriate actions, so this must be an error. I already reinstalled multiple times on my android phone and i'm still locked out of the game. I sent two tickets and one email and no response so far.
My google email account is [e-mail] and my nickname is Ozeano.
I would like to see my account restored since I didn't do anything that warrants this ban.
Hope you can help me fix this issue.
