Any unofficial patches?

Seems like the community favorite unofficial patch has turned into FCAM and any traces of the original aren't there anymore. I want to avoid FCAM, for I feel the visual/graphical changes it makes are for the worse. Does anybody know of any good unofficial patches that work to increase stability, fix AI, give quick save etc.?

I tried that, but the link to the patch redirects to a blank page with the url ww1.uni.cc, sometimes ads. Right click > Save As only gives me an HTML link to that page.

It didn't work. I still seem to be spotted/killed through tents, and get a black screen/critical exception crash on quit.

Looks like version 1.5 is really vanished from the web, strange.

The most used Unnofficial Patch is Patch 1.6.
Its a Patch with a lot of fixed bugs!
and its a Patch with hes one AntiCheat System!
For have more fun the 1.6 servers control the Graphic Settings soo, some settings doesn't can be changed by you. Graphic settings are sometimes like cheats ;-)

Patch 1.43 fixed the f-ing see-through tents bug for me and I haven't experienced the critical exception error upon quitting, so perhaps there's something else at play on your system. GL tracking it down.

Well I tried that it on a clean version of FC with no mods, and after a game cache integrity verification. Not sure what else I can do. Maybe I installed it wrong? I extracted it to the mods folder and loaded it like I would any other mod. It didn't have any name or author for it though.

I treated it like a patch rather than a mod and didn't use a mod directory - that might be the difference. The patcher had no installation instructions that I could see and it couldn't automatically locate the current FC installation, so I extracted the contents to a temp directory then copied them to the corresponding Steam folder, overwriting older files with newer. (For this box: G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FarCry). I hope that helps.

Addendum: I just received the black screen upon exit for the first time.

Why you are playing FC if not Multiplayer??
The best on this game is the Multiplayer.
Mostly Patch means Multiplayer, soo FCAM and the others are more multiplayer special!
