wth... text on top is cutoff on top
on starter.exe, the fix for menu display is simply to check

Disable display scaling on high DPI setting


Problem is, the text on top in the tutorial - 1st line is cut off still?
wth, this fixes pretty much all my old games.

My fix is to open the map (F8), the text message is also there.
