I still get a stutter now and then but it's much improved over launch. You guys need the wheel situation fixed! I use a game pad but the natives are restless and they're picking up their torches and pitchforks. That mixed review is going to turn real red. The community can't be blamed for it. You gave out a list of supported wheels and half of them aren't supported. The other half only work for some of the players. There's things that need fixed but with the traffic doing "better" your focus needs to be those wheels. Then we can revisit the AI.
