map expansion?

so i got this game when it first came out loved it ever since it came out. but the issues im seeing is alot of the vehicles are crashing at random times, lets say i am driving around and i see a road work thing going on and then these cars just crash into the road work. second thing is why do i keep leveling up and i do not see more of the map in barcelona opening up and expanding. like is that a thing> or am i missing something> or is anyone else having the same issues and wondering about the map expanding>

We're aware of the issues you mentioned and I see that we already have a few fixes in the pipeline for the next patch.

Regarding the map expanding. It's not going to expand until we add more content :)
Currently what you see in the playable area is what you get. However, we're talking about adding further content - so keep your eyes peeled for incoming new from our teams.
