Oui drive in the left here so is there an option for right-hand drives ?

We are right hand drive here in Australia.

96% are left lets keep it like that. Also you are in eu so you guess it its left drive only there. Perhaps if we are in the uk.

England here, and we have always driven on the left. Most of Europe drives on the right because Napoleon was left-handed.

The game is set in Barcelona. You drive on the right in Barcelona, as is the case with all of Europe except the UK/Ireland. It wouldn't make any sense to have that option.

Of course not. The game is set in Spain, in mainland Europe where everyone drive on the right side of the road.
