How do I see the current speed limit?

I know some roads have speed limit signs, but in the game there are also long stretches of roads without any signs. How do I see the speed limit on those roads?

It will be nice if the current speed limit is constantly displayed on the GPS.

Currently, there is no way to tell in such cases. A general rule of thumb is that whenever you don't see a sign when turning onto a stretch of road, consider the speed limit the default 50 km/h.

I agree that the GPS should display the current speed limit though, as it's done in Euro Truck Simulator 2, for example.

Thanks for the tip. Hopefully every 30km/h road has signs so that I won't unknowingly drive them at 50km/h.

Usually, if the road seems really narrow, it's 30 km/h, otherwise you can bet on 50

I've seen roads in-game with a speed limit of 70 km/h though, I found it a bit weird.
But yeah, totally agree that we should be able to see the speed limit, moreso if we're already driving with a GPS.
