How do I answer to customers on PC?

I tried with WASD, with number keys, with arrow keys, with mouse, but didn't work.

With the "Use" key. As far as I remember, it's the left mouse button by default, but I remapped it to Enter.

It's 1,2,3,4 afaik. Can't remember for sure cause I've already removed this game for now in hope for some serious improvements later.

That's correct. Just press the number button corresponding to the answer.

does not work for me since I am using these keys for lights and blinkers :D

You have to switch to internal view, click on the passenger with the left mouse button to start the conversation, then you can select the answers with the numbers.

I press either numpad numbers or the one above, none works
